Paul Grover has been a leader in the marketing of waterfront properties on Cape Cod since 1981. In 1994, Paul co-founded Kinlin Grover Properties specializing in the sale of waterfront homes. In 1999, after five years of extraordinary success, the company was acquired by GMAC. In 2006, 2007 and 2008, Paul achieved the distinction of being one of the nation's Top 200 agents.

In 2009, Paul again launched his own company, Robert Paul Properties, Inc., with his business partner, Bob Kinlin.
