                        Robert Kinlin and Paul Grover have been leaders in the sale of luxury properties across Cape Cod and the South Coast since 1982.  In 1994, they merged to form Kinlin Grover Properties.  After the successful sale of Kinlin Grover, they worked independently under the Kinliin Grover umbrella to build their waterfront and luxury home business.  For the last 5 years, they were among the Top 25 real estate agents nationally.

In January of 2009, they launched their new company, Robert Paul Properties.
